Hommage aussi à Charles Crichton avec The Lavender Hill Mob (De l’or en barres), une comédie de 1951, Oscar du meilleur scénario, avec Alec Guiness. A 18h au Sémaphore avec l’historien du cinéma Quentin Falk.
Et, pour finir, l’avant-première du jour : Anemone, premier long métrage de Ronan Day-Lewis, co-écrit avec son père Daniel ou quand un ancien soldat, qui a quitté femme et enfants, vit en ermite en forêt. A 20h au Sémaphore.

From short to feature length, EBIS welcomes all film formats!
Last year, you enjoyed the work of students from the prestigious London Film School. Come and discover the 2026 oeuvres, once again introduced by the school’s director, Chris Auty, at 2.30pm at the Carré d’Art.
More short films (17 minutes) and a medium-length film (1 hour 5 minutes) are part of the tribute to Peter Watkins, with his two docu-fictions: The Forgotten Faces (1961) and Culloden (1967) respectively, at 4.00pm at the Carré d’Art.
The Charles Crichton tribute continues with classic comedy The Lavender Hill Mob (1951) starring Alec Guiness, which won the Oscar for Best Screenplay. It’ll be shown at 6.00pm at the Sémaphore with film historian Quentin Falk.
And finally, today’s premiere: Anemone (2025), the first feature film by Ronan Day-Lewis, co-written with his father Daniel, about a former soldier who has left his wife and children and lives as a hermit in the forest, to be shown at 8.00pm at the Sémaphore.
